David Chouraqui - CEO
As a repeat entrepreneur in the international IT services and solution industry, David has been creating and bringing new technologies and services to market for more than a decade, helping organizations improve competitiveness and efficiency.
He formerly served as Senior Vice President of Technologies and Business Development at Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) where he focused on international business development, global partnerships and innovative technologies. Prior to joining Ness, David was VP Technologies and Business Development of IPEX ICS, which was acquired by Ness in 1999. He previously co-founded New-X Systems where he served as Vice President of business development. David also worked for four years as a senior consultant at a leading IT integration services company in Europe, based in Paris.

Eliav Gnessin - VP Technologies
A talented engineer with over a decade of experience in the IT Industry as a Developer, Team-Lead and Chief Architect, Eliav leads his team in the engineering, hosting, and quality assurance of theSocialE technology platform. Prior to theSocialE, he served as Chief Architect at Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) where he spearheaded the production of large scale e-business systems for key clients. His recent project - the Next Generation Court System, a large-scale .NET software development and integration project for the Israeli Judicial Authority won Microsoft's Best Mission Critical Solution Award in 2004. Eliav has a BA in Physics and a BSc in Computer engineering from the Technion, the leading Israeli Institute of Technology and is a regular lecturer at the Tel Aviv University.

Karen BG - Director, Marketing
Karen uses her more than 17 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience in the international Content, Internet and Software Industries to oversee theSocialE product and corporate marketing. With a proven track record of building online strategies, Karen also helps theSocialE customers implement the best social networking solutions. She formerly led the marketing of Aniboom, the world premier animation network, a start up backed by leading venture capitalist, DFJ. Before that, she spent a few years at Portal Software, US where she drove the digital and mobile content partnering strategy contributing to winning key customers including AOL, Terra-Lycos, Reuters, Napster. Prior to that, she has successfully launched and managed various consumer internet services and content products at major players in Europe such as Infogrammes Entertainment, and Editions Atlas -De Agostini Editore, a leader in direct sales of publishing products. Karen holds an MBA from ESCP School of Management.
 

Tami Schifter – VP Operations and Business Development, Israel
Tami brings more than 11 years of experience in planning, consulting, managing and delivering large scale Internet projects. Prior to joining ThesocialE, Tami was the director of strategic accounts in Scepia, a leading Israeli web agency. There she successfully built the online technology and marketing strategy of numerous strategic Israeli customers in the media, health and financial areas. Prior to that, Tami was Head of e-publishing in C.D.I. Systems, a premier high-tech solution provider for the e-Publishing market, and managed one of Israel's most successful legal products on the web.
