Raphael Palti - Board Director
Raphael Palti is the Founding President of the Altavia Group, an independent global company. Created in 1983, Altavia specializes in marketing communication for the retail business. Altavia's solutions in Marketing & Publishing Services are specially adapted to the needs of the retail sector. The Altavia Group is present in 23 sites in 14 countries in Europe and China.

Nathan Stern - Board Director, co-founder
Nathan Stern has been exploring how to leverage community and web2.0 technologies to reinvent the way people connect with one another, beyond cultural, generational and ethnical barriers for over 10 years. A co-founder of theSocialE’s predecessor company, Peuplade.fr the first hyper-local neighborhood social network and a visionary sociologist, Nathan Stern has both experience in social networking academic research as well as in community design and implementation for major players such as BNP, Paris City Hall or PFP. He currently works as a consultant specialized in building online local social networks combined with offline social methodologies to help organizations improve their members’ experience.

Stephane Legouffe - CTO, co-founder
Stephane is a cutting edge passionate programmer and architect who brings a wide scope of internet expertise to theSocialE. Stephane co founded theSocialE predecessor’s company, Peuplade.fr and developed the blue print for the GeoSocial networking Platform. He created hundreds of innovative features insuring that theSocialE platform takes social networking to a next level, enabling people to connect and act together not only online but locally and in real life.
Prior to that, Stephane worked several years as a programmer at SD2i and at Onlineformapro developing various web 2.0 social networking and e-learning applications. Stephane shares his passion for web 2.0 technologies and social networks with his students at the University of Franche –Comte (France) and with the internet developers’ community participating actively in leading developer’s forums.
 

Jeremie Chouraqui - Board Director and Legal Counsel, co-founder
Co-founder of theSocialE and its predecessor’s company Peuplade.fr, Jeremie has been one of the first in the industry to recognize the value of geo-social networking and web 2.0 technologies in helping businesses grow. A lawyer and a strategist, Jeremie is also a serial entrepreneur: in addition to theSocialE and Peuplade.fr, he founded Reconnect - an NGO dedicated to the use of new technologies against social exclusion - Porte-Plume - a publishing company dedicated to transmission through biographies - and Digiprod - a production company-.
Jeremie has an MBA from HEC School of Management, a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and Brown University and graduated from the Law School of La Sorbonne and the Film School, La Fémis.
